We now offer Remote support for Personal and Business use. We
use remote desktop connections which allow us to access your
desktop via the internet. We can then transfer various diagnostics
and repair applications, run scans, install software etc.

We can give you technical support with common problems such as
computer viruses, spyware removal,optimization and security
updates. With our remote support package we also provide
‘over-the-phone’ advice and help / tutorials for you or your
employees for issues such as email setup and other technical
support issues.

Our Remote support packages are a monthly subscription.

  £120 a month Advanced Business contract – FREE

£80 a month Normal Business contract - £5 a month

£40 a month Basic Business Contract - £10 a month

No Contract (Remote Support only) - £15 a month
